AVELINO AND LILY DA SILVA
Senior Pastors
Avelino Da Silva was born in Madeira, Portugal and was raised in Caracas, Venezuela. He came to know the Lord at the age of 21, after having a supernatural experience with the presence of God.
On May 30, 1981, he married Lily, the daughter of Brother Tomas Trevino, the founder of Emmanuel Worship Center. Avelino became pastor of Emmanuel in 1989 and has served the church faithfully ever since.
God allowed them to guide the church to construct a new building to which they moved in December, 2007. In 2008 they celebrated the inauguration of the new building and the 50th anniversary of their existence as a church.
Avelino and Lily graduated from Berea Bible School by Extension. They also graduated from the National Training Institute, a training program for the denomination to which they belong, the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC). They also graduated from Advantage College.
They have raised 2 children, Liavette and Jonathan, who are married and serve on the Pastoral team of the church. They now enjoy the blessing of 5 grandchildren.
IRVING AND LIAVETTE PERALTA
Executive Pastors
Irving and Liavette Peralta were married in 2004 and were named Associate Pastors in 2012. They have 3 handsome boys; Josiah, Joah, and Joshua who keep them very active and are the loves of their lives.
Irving and Liavette graduated together from University of Houston Clear Lake with bachelors degrees and are currently working in public schools. Irving also attended Christ for the Nations Bible Institute in Dallas. God has brought them together to use their talents for His glory. They have served in youth ministry together and have a passion to lead people into God's presence through music and worship.

As Executive Pastors, they assist the Pastors in overseeing various ministries of the church. Their heart is to see people serve God faithfully and with passion.
